PNC is seeking a Production Quality Coordinator to support Dealer Floorplan Operations across multiple markets. You will perform quality control, review transactions, and ensure accuracy within tight SLAs for Commercial and Auto portfolios.

The role involves collaboration with supervisors and cross-team stakeholders in a dynamic environment. The position may be eligible for remote work in select locations, with occasional in-office participation as needed, and requires adherence to the company's

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent required along with related experience.
• Experience in quality control and process improvement preferred.
• Strong analytical and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Knowledge of governance and risk management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality review and analysis of staff work to identify corrections.
• Verify transactions and documents for completeness and accuracy.
