Job summary

PNC is seeking a Production Quality Analyst for its Relationship Support organization. Based in multiple U.S. locations including Kalamazoo, MI, you will review loan documentation against credit approvals to ensure terms match approvals.

The role involves QC of complex transactions, working with teams, and potential remote work in select locations. The position emphasizes risk management, accuracy, and collaboration to enhance client experience and ensure proper booking, funding, and servicing

Qualifications

• Experience with quality review and root cause analysis.
• Ability to assess risk and ensure compliance with policies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality review and analysis of staff work within a line of business.
• Review documents to ensure completeness, accuracy and policy conformance.
