Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a Quality Control Coordinator for the Dallas/Fort Worth area to ensure product quality across internal departments and suppliers. The role reports to the Sr. Quality Manager and requires strong data communication, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with engineering, QA, and supply chain.

This is an in-person, first-shift position. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, some print industry exposure, and may speak Spanish.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Print industry experience a plus.
• Bi-lingual / Spanish speaking a plus.
• Proven ability to work cross functionally.
• Experience with conducting quality inspections and addressing quality issues promptly.
• Experience with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma a plus.
• Proven track record of maintaining quality, safety and compliance standards.
• Strong collaboration with engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain.
• 1+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular audit inspections and review performance of every job and form to ensure adherence to quality procedures and customer requirements.
• Compile data, create reports, and communicate quality issues with internal and external parties.
