Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor in the Dallas/Fort Worth area to compile audits, communicate results, and drive quality across production. This in-person role oversees 1st or 2nd shift, with 40-hour weeks and overtime as needed. The candidate will coordinate WIP, ensure CTQ adherence, and collaborate with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to meet on-time delivery and world-class quality targets.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to work cross functionally with production teams and suppliers.
• Experience leading manufacturing teams in high-mix/low-volume environments.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices a plus.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Track status and coordinate samples, WIP, and sign-offs.
• Deliver and archive product/component binders for Fanatics Collectibles products.
• Coordinate and track finished sheets to NY office.
• Provide regular QC status reports on quality performance.
• Join product walkthroughs and BOM reviews to assess risks and timing.
