Job summary

You will perform quality checks, identify missing information, contact internal resources or customers, and ensure compliance with company and customer standards.

This role requires a high school diploma, 1-2 years related experience, strong communication and PC skills, and the ability to work remotely.

Qualifications

• Proficient PC skills.

Responsibilities

• Quality checks final reports and completed documents for accuracy and completeness.

• Escalates more complex questions to supervisor or lead.
