Your Impactful Role

As a Quality Control Analyst, your role is all about vigilance and precision. You will monitor and inspect the processes that bring our products to life, from raw ingredients to beautifully packed goods, safeguarding our standards every step of the way.

Working Under the Stars

Your night shift will run from 10pm to 8am, under the guidance of our skilled Regulatory Compliance Coordinator.

This position entails no direct supervisory duties.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead Safety Initiatives: Foster a culture where safety is paramount.
  • Maintain Standards: Apply and advocate Oakhouse’s GMP and safety policies.
  • Support Operations: Join hands with cross-functional teams to uphold quality metrics.
  • Execute Tests: Conduct comprehensive lab analyses to confirm compliance across all production phases.
  • Sustain Programs: Contribute to the ongoing support of our extensive food safety and quality initiatives.
  • Assess Compliance: Regularly observe and audit for adherence and potential enhancements.
  • Guarantee Accuracy: Monitor and validate the specifications and compliance of labels.
  • Marry Chemistry and Safety: Regularly check sanitation chemical levels for assurance.
  • Precision in Calibration: Ensure lab tools are perfectly calibrated for consistency.
  • Verify and Adjust: Implement inline checks to preserve product integrity.
  • Test and Validate: Use swabs to keep our standards of cleanliness uncompromised.
  • Authenticate Ingredients: Inspect ingredient preparation to ensure they meet prescribed norms.
  • Adaptability: Embrace any additional tasks geared towards team triumph.

Candidate Requirements

  • Academic Credentials: High school diploma is essential, with a science-related degree being advantageous.
  • Experience: Experience in production environments is beneficial, especially within quality roles.
  • Communication Excellence: Strong communicator with a preference for Spanish-English bilinguals.
  • Self-Motivation: Driven with an innate ability to manage personal tasks efficiently.
