Job summary

PetIQ in Omaha, NE is seeking a Quality Control Analyst I to perform analytical testing and reporting in support of production, raw materials and product release.

You will operate and maintain laboratory instrumentation, perform system suitability checks, calibrations and maintenance, create batch records, assist in CAPAs and Deviations, and generate Certificates of Analysis (CoA) while ensuring compliance with cGMP and internal procedures.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a scientific field or equivalent work experience.
• 0–2 years of QC laboratory experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and basic data handling.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform analytical testing and reporting in support of production, raw materials and product release, product development and stability in accordance with procedural and cGMP requirements.
• Laboratory instrumentation operation, system suitability checks, calibrations and maintenance.
• Maintain lab supplies, reagents and standards; write OOS investigations and reporting.
• Assist in CAPAs and Deviations; generate CoA and conduct stability studies.
