Job summary

Zoetis seeks a QO Lab Analyst to join a fast-paced, team laboratory environment. You will analyze materials across the supply chain, ensuring quality and GMP compliance, while maintaining meticulous records and procedures.

The role requires proficiency with multiple analytical techniques, attention to detail, and the ability to learn new skills quickly. May involve eventual protocol writing and training responsibilities.

Qualifications

• AAS, BA/BS, or MS in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related science.
• Minimum 2 years related Quality Operations experience.
• Proficiency in at least one high complexity technology (HPLC, uHPLC, GC, spectroscopy) or 2+ lower/medium complexity techniques.

Responsibilities

• Analyze raw materials, packaging materials, in-process materials, APIs, and finished product samples.
• Perform, document, and troubleshoot qualitative or quantitative assays.
• Interpret data for accuracy, precision, trends and GMP impact; recommend actions.
• May train others and participate in laboratory investigations.
• May write routine assay protocols or conduct assay/process/instrument qualifications.

Education

Chemistry/Biochemistry degree

2+ years Quality Operations experience
