Job summary

Zoetis seeks a QO Lab Analyst to join a fast-paced laboratory team supporting quality operations. The role analyzes samples for raw materials, APIs, and finished products, ensuring compliance and data integrity in a GMP environment.

You will perform and interpret assays, maintain documentation, and may train others while contributing to investigations and continuous improvement efforts. This full-time position supports Zoetis animal health programs.

Qualifications

• AAS/BA/BS/MS in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related science.
• Minimum 2 years related experience in Quality Operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs, documents, record checks, and troubleshoots qualitative or quantitative assays on samples using standard lab equipment to automated instrumentation.
• Interprets and evaluates data for accuracy, precision, trends, and GMP impact; recommends corrective action.
• Maintains high productivity, multi-tasking, and low error rate with attention to detail.
• Demonstrates flexibility in a changing environment and prevents cross-contamination or misidentification of samples.
• Performs routine and non-routine analyses from compendial and internal sources.
• May train others as skills allow.
• Participates in laboratory investigations as required.
• Writes routine assay protocols or conducts assay, process, or instrument qualifications.
• Learns new skills quickly to support lab operations.
