The Public Employees’ Benefits Program (PEBP) Quality Control Unit within the Nevada Health Authority seeks a Management Analyst 1 in Carson City. This entry-level role supports review and resolution of member complaints, grievances, and appeals related to health benefits, claims, and services.

You will assist with case review, research applicable policies, document findings, and help identify process improvements under supervision.
