Job summary

Zenith American Solutions is seeking a Medical Claims Adjustor in Nevada to process routine health and welfare claims and provide customer service per plan guidelines. You will access PHI/PII as required and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, six months of claims processing experience, and basic knowledge of adjudication principles and medical terminology. Strong communication and discretion are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Six months of experience processing health and welfare claims.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Basic knowledge of benefits claims adjudication principles and medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of assigned Plan(s) and applies it to claim payments.
• Processes routine claims including medical, dental, vision, prescription, or Workers’ Compensation.
• May provide customer service by sending pending letters.
