A state health coverage organization is seeking a Quality Control Analyst to join their Policy, Eligibility, and Research Team. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience in quality assessments, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly. The Covered California Policy, Eligibility, and Research Team are responsible for implementing Covered California’s program eligibility rules and communications, which directly impact the lives of individuals who apply for health coverage through our organization. Qualifications We’re Looking For
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to review and analyze complex data, identify problems and recommend solutions.
  • Experience performing quality assessments of systems to ensure products or services conform to established standards and identifying process defects, gaps, or potential issues, and proposing solutions.
  • Experience reviewing and/or developing systems specifications documents, functional design documents, and test plans.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present complex technical materials to management clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing.
