Job summary

Novolex in Texas seeks a Quality Manager to lead the plant's Quality Management System, drive daily quality activities, and support customer service. You will manage SQF programs, drive continuous improvement, and work with multiple facilities to ensure conformance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in quality control management, SQF or ISO experience, and strong problem solving. We offer comprehensive benefits and competitive salary within the stated range.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of quality control management experience in a manufacturing environment
• SQF practitioner certification and/or internal auditor certification are highly desired
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an SQF or ISO certified manufacturing facility
• Strong problem solving and analytical abilities and CI/RCCA tool experience

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Quality Management System across two facilities
• Oversee SQF program development, implementation, and audits
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and corrective actions
• Coach and communicate with staff and stakeholders across the organization
• Lead internal, customer, and third-party audits for the QMS and SQF system
