Strong communication and CI/Lean familiarity are essential for success. The position emphasizes collaboration with operations and corporate teams to maintain high quality standards and effective problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Understanding of production operations and workflows.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (CI/Lean/Kaizen).
• Strong verbal, written and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day to day QA operations and trains QA staff.
• Manages and tracks Quality Control efforts.
• Collaborates with operations, administration and corporate teams.
• Participates in Continuous Improvement/Kaizen/Lean initiatives.
• Reports issues impacting quality and helps ideate solutions.
• Creates and documents standard work practices.
• All other duties as assigned.
