Bass Pro Shops is searching for a Quality Engineer who will ensure product quality meets standards at their facility. You will drive improvements, review findings, and maintain essential documentation.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and strong experience in manufacturing and quality. Responsibilities also include auditing processes and providing technical support to teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree required: Bachelor or Science in Engineering or Technical related field, extensive experience may be acceptable in lieu of a degree.
• Previous manufacturing and quality experience preferred.
• Six Sigma / Lean experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive component and process improvements to improve quality.
• Review quality related findings and document root cause and corrective actions.
• Maintain/update/develop quality documents for the plant.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Audit processes and components for quality standards.
