Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Off-Line Shops Supervisor to plan, coordinate, and oversee off-line shop operations and Outfitters. The role focuses on producing components safely, efficiently, and per quality, cost, and delivery targets using Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement principles.

The position requires 5 years of manufacturing experience and strong skills in data analysis, communication, and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience using Lean Sigma to accomplish business goals and objectives.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively speak before groups of associates and other managers in the organization.
• Experienced in the use of, and creating spreadsheets, databases, and charting.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and controls activities of the off-line shops and area leads to meet overall departmental objectives.
• Communicates methods, policies, and procedures to off-line shop Outfitters and anticipates, investigates, and evaluates future process needs.
• Interfaces with all plant management groups to meet production, quality, and compliance requirements.
• Maintains and reports production performance metrics using SQCD board and guides 2nd level goal deployment.
