Job summary

HealthBay is seeking a Quality Manager who will own quality initiatives across departments to improve consistency, efficiency, and customer outcomes, with autonomy to assess processes and implement sustainable improvements.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, root-cause analysis, and collaboration with operations and leadership to build measurable quality programs, dashboards, and audits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in quality management or related fields.
• Experience managing quality or continuous-improvement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of quality-management principles and corrective-action processes.
• Experience analyzing performance data and identifying trends.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with both operations and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality standards, procedures, and controls.
• Monitor quality performance and identify trends, risks, and areas requiring attention.
• Establish and track quality objectives and KPIs.
• Ensure teams understand and follow established quality requirements.
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective-action initiatives.
• Develop practical solutions and monitor their effectiveness.
• Partner with teams to implement improvements and ensure changes are sustained.
• Conduct or coordinate quality reviews and internal audits.
• Monitor compliance with applicable company, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain appropriate quality documentation and records.
• Support external audits and customer quality requirements when applicable.
