• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of business process improvement experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of quality management methods and continuous improvement tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director of Enterprise Quality Management to develop strategies.
• Advise on solutions to enhance internal processes using quality tools.
• Conduct operational assessments of critical workflows to streamline processes.
• Implement process improvements and ensure timely delivery of cross-functional projects.
• Support resolution of quality issues impacting revenue, donor experience, and brand.
