Job summary

Pregis LLC in McDonough, GA is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the Quality function for the location within the Mailing Solutions business unit, reporting to the Senior Manager, Quality & Continuous Improvement. You will supervise QC Technicians, drive quality KPIs, ensure compliance with customer specs, support new product development, and contribute to continuous improvement using Lean/DMAIC methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or similar relevant degree preferred, or industry equivalent experience.
• At least 3 to 5 years’ manufacturing Quality leadership experience required.
• Demonstrated experience with data and statistics preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop Quality Control staff across shifts, including training and mentoring.
• Ensure alignment with customer specifications, audit readiness, and robust quality systems.
• Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Collect, analyze and trend quality data to drive decisions.
• Support new product development and process changes with PFMEA.
• Provide training on processes, quality methods, and equipment operations.
