Job summary

Pregis is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the coordination of quality initiatives across the Sharp business unit. You will develop and maintain a robust quality system aligned with ISO 9001 and the Pregis Production System, driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
Minimum 3 years in quality management within manufacturing with leadership experience.
Track record in implementing ISO 9001 quality systems and process improvements.
Lean Six Sigma knowledge and data-driven problem solving are essential.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, maintain, and continuously improve a comprehensive QMS across sites to ensure quality and ISO compliance.
Provide strategic quality direction for manufacturing facilities and coordinate cross-department quality initiatives.
Lead and mentor quality staff; establish internal standards for inspection, testing, and evaluation.
Establish and monitor KPIs; drive improvement targets and report progress to leadership.
Address customer quality concerns and drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
Collaborate with sales and customers to ensure products meet quality requirements.
Develop and deliver quality training programs across the organization.
