Job summary

Pratt Industries, Inc. seeks a Plant Continuous Improvement Lead to direct the Quality Management System and drive cost, quality, and service improvements across the plant. You will lead root-cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and foster a customer-focused environment with GMP and SOP adherence.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills to mentor teams, manage multiple priorities, and sustain a culture of safe, high-quality production.

Qualifications

• College degree in manufacturing, engineering, logistics or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in quality system management or manufacturing leadership preferred.
• Competent with MS Office and Statistical software.
• Previous ISO certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs the Quality Management System at the plant.
• Drives Continuous Improvement to improve costs, quality and service.
• Tracks vendor performance, resolves customer complaints, investigates defects, and analyzes quality data.
