Responsibilities

• Assist Quality Manager in QA tasks at the plant location.
• Enter and track complaint issues and resolutions; root cause analysis when needed.
• Perform process audits and document control (safety, training, quality).
• Oversee handling of non-conforming supplier defects and returns.
• Manage sorting and reworks; monitor weekly KPIs and CAR compliance.
• Support PAR (Preventive Action Reports) and safety initiatives in the DC.
• Conduct 7-minute safety trainings and complete incident forms.
