Job summary

Airbus Americas, Inc. seeks a Quality Conformance Manager I in Mobile, AL to administer the ongoing development of the Quality Management System and drive improvements to ensure right first time delivery.

Responsibilities include investigating quality issues, defining corrective actions, and creating dashboards to monitor performance while maintaining compliance with regulatory and company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technology, aviation, engineering, business, manufacturing or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years in aviation quality, industrial or manufacturing engineering, data analytics or related fields.
• Knowledge of EASA/FAA regulations and quality systems required.
• Strong problem solving and data analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Quality Management System and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze non-conformities, investigate root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Develop dashboards and metrics to monitor quality performance
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-cost delivery and regulatory compliance
• Prepare periodic performance and audit reports for management
