Qualifications

• Engineering in Aviation degree or equivalent.
• Recently graduated or first professional experience in Quality Conformance Management.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Desire to work in a collaborative team environment focused on driving future innovation.
• Self-awareness and willingness to drive development.
• Eligibility to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support the development journey and rotations toward the QCM role.
• Participate in problem solving and root cause analyses for non-conformities.
• Collaborate across teams to communicate quality topics and track improvements.
• Build a worldwide network and learn Airbus processes through rotations and workshops.
• Move into the QCM Improver role by program end.
