Job summary

ALTEN Technology USA is seeking a skilled Quality & PPS Supervisor for the Single Aisle Flowline. You will lead a team, drive Practical Problem Solving per Airbus standards, and coordinate quality activities in a fast-paced aerospace production area in Mobile, AL.

This role requires at least 5 years of supervisory experience in aviation, strong leadership, and proficiency with SAP and MS Office. The job offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits as part of the ALTEN group.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in aviation, ideally with Airbus.
• Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and manage quality processes.
• Experience applying PPS and Airbus quality standards in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and coordinate PPS quality activities in Flowline area.
• Develop and mentor PPS skills within Operations and Quality teams.
• Ensure compliance with quality, cost and lead-time targets.
• Manage NCs and drive rapid containment and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with operations, procurement and other departments.
