Job summary

Airbus Aerosystems Kinston, Inc is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to implement and maintain the Company Quality System and ensure product and process quality meets regulatory requirements. The role supports production activities related to the A350 composite assembly line and error-free operations within the Aviation Safety and Quality organization.

The role requires 4–6 years in manufacturing, strong English communication, problem solving, and governance participation, with 5% travel

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to articulate complex issues to others.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in all matters is essential.
• Demonstrated effectiveness in interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Being the Voice of the Customer at Final Product Inspection (FPI) station.
• Identifying, investigating and solving Quality related problems and coordinating corrective action teams.
• Conducting Quality surveillance and feedback loop.
• Drive the ‘4 eyes inspections’ principles on all concessions.
