Job summary

Alten USA is seeking a senior quality supervisor based in Mobile, Alabama, to lead PPS and quality activities on the Single Aisle Flowline. You will supervise the Quality team, ensure compliance with POA and Airbus standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with Operations and procurement.

The role requires 5+ years of supervisory experience in aviation/quality, strong leadership, and proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in Aviation or related Quality/Manufacturing roles.
• Demonstrated leadership and initiative in complex environments.
• Strong communication skills across levels and teams.
• Experience with aircraft manufacturing processes and quality systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Quality team for PPS and related activities.
• Ensure compliance with Airbus Quality Standards and POA guidance.
• Drive risk analysis and containment for quality and safety.
• Manage continuous improvement projects in Flowline operations.
• Coordinate with Operations to meet schedule, cost and lead-time targets.
