Job summary

CSL is seeking a QA Coordinator to support the Assistant Manager of Quality by monitoring plasma center processes for compliance with CSL procedures and regulatory requirements. You will manage training, document reviews, and audit readiness to ensure operations meet quality standards.

The role involves coordinating training programs, maintaining records, and collaborating with center management to implement continuous improvement and corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year leadership experience in a regulated environment.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Understanding Quality Systems and regulatory training requirements.
• Ability to analyze situations, make decisions and solve problems.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform final QA review and release for shipments and documents to meet customer specs.
• Review center records for thoroughness, accuracy and timeliness; initiate investigations and document deficiencies.
• Coordinate and manage training activities and center-level policies and processes.
• Maintain Learning Management System data integrity and reporting; ensure data compliance.
• Lead internal audits or coordinate external audits with regulators or customers.
• Identify non-conformities and drive corrective actions with management.
