Job summary

CSL is seeking a Quality Assurance coordinator in Sacramento to support the Assistant Manager of Quality by ensuring compliance with CSL procedures and regulatory requirements. The role includes QA release of shipments, training management, and maintaining records and audits to uphold quality standards.

The position emphasizes collaboration with center management, cross-functional audits, and adherence to cGMP, CLIA/COLA and related guidelines in a fast-paced plasma center environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in regulated environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform final QA review and release for shipments and documents.
• Maintain and review center training documents for CSL procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Manage Learning Management System data integrity and reporting.
• Coordinate and monitor delivery of all training, including new hires and retraining.
• Conduct internal audits and develop corrective action plans with management.
• Promote safety, health, and environment policies.
