Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year leadership experience in a regulated environment.
• Strong customer service skills.

• Understand Quality Systems and regulated training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform final QA review and release for shipments and related documents to meet customer specifications.
• Ensure center records QA review for thoroughness and timeliness; initiate investigations and document regulatory deficiencies; determine corrective actions and effectiveness.
• Maintain and review plasma center personnel training documents to ensure compliance with CSL procedures and regulatory requirements (CLIA/COLA).
• Manage Learning Management System data integrity, reporting and analysis.
• Schedule and monitor delivery of training (new hire, annual, retraining) to meet requirements.
• Collaborate with center management to identify retraining needs to improve operations and quality.
• Conduct periodic process assessments to ensure compliance and develop corrective action plans.
• Identify non-conformities to CSL SOPs and lead quality team efforts in absence of AQM.
• Promote safety and environmental policies; ensure safety training is implemented.
• Lead internal audits and coordinate responses for deficiencies; assist with external audits.
• Initiate, investigate and close Trackwise reports with effective corrective actions.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and comply with HSE and OSHA policies.
• Follow all SOPs and company policies; ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
