Job summary

CSL is seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator in Fort Smith, AR to support the Assistant Manager of Quality. You will monitor plasma center processes for compliance with CSL SOPs and regulatory requirements, and ensure training needs and processes are followed to support operations and quality.

You will manage QA reviews, training records in the LMS, and participate in audits, coordinating corrective actions with center management to sustain quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• 1+ year leadership experience in a regulated environment.
• Experience with quality systems and regulatory training requirements.
• Strong documentation and investigation skills.
• Ability to coordinate training and audits across a center.

Responsibilities

• Perform final QA review and release for shipments and related documents.
• Ensure center QA records are complete and timely; initiate corrective action.
• Maintain and review plasma center training documents for CSL SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain LMS data integrity, reporting, and data analysis.
• Schedule, coordinate, and monitor delivery of all training (new hire, annual, retraining).
• Collaborate with center management to implement retraining for quality improvements.
• Conduct periodic process assessments and develop corrective action plans with management.
• Identify and communicate non-conformities to CSL SOPs; support quality meetings.
