CSL is seeking a Quality Training & Compliance Lead at our California plasma center. This role supports the Assistant Manager of Quality by monitoring center processes to ensure compliance with CSL SOPs and all applicable regulations.

You will coordinate training, manage QA documentation, and participate in audits to uphold quality and safety standards. The position requires ensuring timely QA reviews, maintaining training records, and implementing corrective actions as needed, with reporting

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in business administration or biological sciences preferred.

Aufgaben

• Perform final QA review and release for all shipment and associated documents to ensure shipment meets customer specifications.
• Ensure center records QA review for thoroughness, accuracy and timeliness of required information; initiate investigations and document regulatory deficiencies.
• Maintain and review Plasma center personnel training documents to ensure compliance with CSL procedures, SOPs, CLIA/COLA and other requirements.
• Maintain Learning Management System data integrity, generate reports and analyze data to meet regulatory standards.
• Coordinate and monitor the delivery of all training (new hire, annual, retraining) to meet center and regulatory requirements.
• Lead or participate in internal audits to monitor facility compliance with CSL SOPs, cGMP, OSHA, FDA and other regs.
