Job summary

CSL Vifor is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to support the Assistant Manager of Quality by monitoring plasma center processes for compliance with CSL procedures and regulatory standards. The role includes coordinating training, maintaining records, and supporting internal and external audits.

The candidate will ensure training needs are met, SOPs followed, and investigations completed with effective corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year leadership experience or equivalent in a regulated environment.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong critical reasoning, decision-making and problem solving skills.
• Organizational skills and attention to details to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Understand Quality Systems and/or regulated training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform final QA review and release for all shipment documents to ensure customer specifications.
• Ensure center records QA review for thoroughness, accuracy and timeliness; initiate investigations and corrective actions.
• Maintain and review Plasma center personnel training documents in line with CSL procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Manage Learning Management System data integrity, reporting and analysis.
• Coordinate and monitor delivery of training (new hire, annual, retraining) across the center.
• Promote and support continuous process improvement in quality, safety and training.
