Job summary

Georgia-Pacific Cellulose LLC is seeking a Quality Specialist to join our Corporate Quality team in Brunswick, GA. You will support Quality Operations at Brunswick Cellulose and provide Infor M3 support across Brunswick, Leaf River, and Alabama River Cellulose locations.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in quality, customer service, manufacturing operations, or a related field.
• Experience with technical writing and documentation.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams for reports and collaboration.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% to support mill and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Communicate customer claim information to customers and cross-functional teams.
• Prioritize and monitor customer claim investigations through resolution.
• Research data to support claim investigations.
• Prepare weekly reports tracking claim resolution for Operations, Logistics, and Commercial Services.
• Analyze data for monthly and quarterly business claim reports and presentations.
• Prepare monthly Quality Metric Performance reports to provide visibility into business quality performance.
• Promote continuous improvement within a high-performing team environment.
• Communicate across organizational levels to drive alignment and shared accountability.
• Serve as the day-to-day steward of the Product Safety system.
• Support day-to-day activities for ISO 9001 Quality Management System and updates to updated standard.
• Manage the pest control program under the direction of the Quality Manager.
• Use Infor M3 to track and maintain required daily changes and monthly updates.
• Support onsite internal, external, and visitor audits.
