Qualifications

• Experience with reliability and preventive maintenance in industrial settings.
• Experience repairing or troubleshooting pumps, tanks, and related equipment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex maintenance issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead the mechanical maintenance team, reinforcing best practices and safety.
• Develop and manage weekly schedules for mechanical crafts and assign resources.
• Oversee maintenance work orders and safety-related activities.
• Investigate injuries and complete/root cause analyses with follow-up actions.
• Apply economic thinking to address resource gaps and crew efficiency.
• Manage contractors supporting routine maintenance work.
• Support AMWP by providing daily updates, reviewing sheets, KPI data, and closing work orders.
