Job summary

GEO Reentry Services LLC is seeking a coordinator and business process owner to oversee program initiatives (PREA, ACA, audits) and analyze outcomes for quality and contract compliance. You will lead internal projects, develop standards, and report results to management from dedicated facilities.

The role requires traveling within the region, strong policy and process background, and the ability to train staff while ensuring optimal operations and adherence to customer contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Research or Statistical Analysis, Human Services or related field required.
• Four (4) years' experience in a position requiring program design and policy management.
• Fifty (50)% travel normally within a limited region required with some work on weekends or after hours.
• Working knowledge of criminal justice programs, policies and procedures.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a diverse group of staff, customers and clients.
• Effective oral and written communication skills with internal and external contacts at all levels.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize appropriately.
• Ability to use computers and the applicable software used by the department.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the local PREA Compliance Manager for the assigned facilities.
• Actively facilitates the implementation and compliance of PREA standards in all assigned residential facilities.
• Conducts residential mock audits in advance of the GEO internal audit reviews focused on compliance with contract billing, assets, procurement and payroll.
• Organizes division directed controls for cash collection programs and monitors compliance.
• Collaborates with local management to ensure consistent business processes and policy adherence.
• Provides training for security and programming staff with the Continuum of Care Training Institute.
• May conduct investigations as assigned for Division directed events.
• Assists with reviews and audits of Reentry Services programs for compliance with contracts and standards.
• Develops and maintains Reentry Services policy and procedure manuals.
• Determines outcome measures with management and sets standards, tracking methods and timelines.
• Provides on-site technical assistance and support in deficit areas.
• Compiles and analyzes outcome measures to validate program success.
• Trains staff on contract compliance and quality assurance.
• Develops timely reports for customers and executives.
• Monitors systems to maintain operational effectiveness.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
