Job summary

The GEO Group, Inc. is seeking a coordinator and business process owner to oversee corporate initiatives across program, contract, and facility types. The role includes PREA, ACA, and internal audit alignment, collecting and analyzing data to improve program outcomes and ensure quality operations in line with customer contracts.

The position emphasizes implementing standard processes, training staff, and delivering timely reports to management and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in criminal justice, research or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Fifty percent travel within a limited region is required, with some weekend or after-hours work.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the local PREA Compliance Manager for assigned facilities and coordinates with PREA management.
• Facilitates PREA standards implementation and staff training.
• Conducts residential mock audits ahead of GEO internal audits for billing, assets, procurement, and HR/payroll.
• Organizes cash collection controls and monitors compliance with procedures for fee-for-service operations.
• Trains staff on contract compliance and quality assurance with the Continuum of Care Training Institute.
• Develops and maintains Reentry Services policy and procedure manuals.
