Job summary

The GEO Group is seeking a coordinator and business process owner for corporate initiatives across programs, contracts and facilities. You will drive PREA and ACA compliance, audits, and improvement efforts, collecting and reporting outcomes to ensure quality operations and adherence to standards.

You will lead PREA activities, organize audits, and develop manuals while training staff and supporting custody and reentry programs with data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Research or Statistical Analysis, Human Services or related field required.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• Four (4) years’ experience in program design and policy management.
• Ability to interface with participants and staff; respond in emergencies.
• Good interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
• Ability to use computers and department software.

Responsibilities

• Serves as local PREA Compliance Manager for the assigned facilities.
• Facilitates implementation and compliance of PREA standards; assists with training.
• Conducts residential mock audits ahead of internal reviews.
• Organizes cash collection controls, policies, and procedures.
• Ensures consistent business processes across facilities and programs.
• Provides training for security and programming staff.
• May conduct investigations for Division/OPR events.
• Assists with reviews and audits of Reentry Services programs.
• Develops and maintains Reentry Services policy manuals.
• Determines outcome measures aligned with customer goals and tracks them.
• Provides on-site technical assistance to improve operations.
• Compiles, analyzes, and reports program outcome measures.
• Trains staff on contract compliance and quality assurance.
• Develops timely reports for customers and executive management.
• Monitors systems to achieve optimal effectiveness; performs other duties.
