Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops and leads quality controls audits, appraisals, systems, policies, procedures and enhancements to address problems and improve quality of the work, efficiency, customer satisfaction and bottom-line cost results.
• Develops and leads quality control systems.
• Audits quality systems for deficiency identification and correction.
• Reviews and approves quality control plans.
• Provides expert guidance to support project cause-analyses and may facilitate these sessions.
