Job summary

Access Services is hiring a Quality and Compliance Specialist for Justice Related Services. The role supports Montgomery, Bucks, and Northampton Counties and is based in Bethlehem or Plymouth Meeting, PA.

The specialist will promote ethical behavior and regulatory compliance, educate staff, and support audits, data collection, and continuous quality improvement across the program. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred and one year of nonprofit compliance experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field including human services, social work, or business administration is preferred.
• One year of experience in nonprofit social services administration including quality assurance and compliance management is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with licensing, accreditation, payer, and regulatory requirements across the program.
• Monitor documentation, records, and program operations to identify compliance risks and support corrective actions.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and audits of clinical, administrative, and operational records for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze, track, and report quality, compliance, and outcome data for program evaluation and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate preparation for internal and external audits, inquiries, and record requests.
• Support incident reviews and corrective action planning with leadership on regulatory findings.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Monitor regulatory and system developments, communicating changes to leadership.
• Collaborate with leadership on process improvements and policy management.
