Sterling Computers Corporation is seeking a Compliance Manager (Quality) in North Sioux City, SD to lead the L&C compliance program and quality initiatives. You will drive audits, implement controls, and collaborate with business units to meet regulatory and contractual requirements.

The role focuses on improving the quality management system for aerospace/defense customers, advancing compliance programs, and delivering measurable improvements while coordinating with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Ten years of quality management experience.
• Experience with ISO 9001:2015 and AS9120.
• Combination of education and experience considered.

Responsabilités

• Continuously improve the quality management system in support of aerospace and defense customers.
• Administer and execute day-to-day compliance activities including fielding regular compliance requests from colleagues.
• Monitor, assess, and modify systems to ensure continual improvement and address changing requirements.
• Prepare for, coordinate, participate in, and help execute internal and external audits.
• Assist in the development, measurement, and reporting of key metrics to drive conformance, efficiency, and continual improvement and collection of evidence of conformance.
• Assist in generating awareness and driving engagement and adoption of policies, initiatives, and other guidelines.
• Serve as subject matter expert on applicable requirements and the company’s compliance systems, processes, and compliance programs for proper administration, maintenance, and oversight of information security activities across the company.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of information security and other compliance documentation.
