Job summary

Sierra Nevada Corporation (SNC) is seeking a Quality Engineer II to uphold AS9100/ISO 9001 standards across the production lifecycle. You will lead audits, drive corrective actions, and mentor teams to improve product quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 2+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer or in a related role.
• Knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001, and military standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality improvement initiatives across production lifecycle.
• Plan, conduct, and lead internal and external quality audits.
• Develop corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues.
• Mentor and train staff on quality standards and processes.
• Collaborate with suppliers to maintain quality standards.
