Sterling Computers Corporation is seeking a Compliance Manager to join the Legal & Compliance team. The role will oversee the company’s compliance program, guide business units, and support a broad range of governance initiatives.

The incumbent will drive audits, measure performance, and foster awareness of policies and security practices across the organization, ensuring alignment with ISO 9001:2015 and AS9120.

Qualifications

• At least ten years in quality/compliance management.
• Experience with ISO 9001:2015 and AS9120 in government contracting/IT.
• Ability to lead audits, training, and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Improve the quality management system for aerospace/defense customers.
• Administer day-to-day compliance activities and field inquiries.
• Monitor and modify systems for continual improvement.
• Coordinate internal/external audits and reporting.
• Develop metrics to drive conformance and engagement.
• Lead information security governance and documentation.
