Job summary

Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, is seeking a Quality Compliance Engineer to own and advance the quality management system for Battlespace Awareness. You will lead audits, manage AS9100 readiness, and ensure product and supplier quality across production and field operations.

You’ll collaborate with product, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to drive corrective actions, maintain records, and prepare for customer and government audits.

Qualifications

• ISO9001 quality management system knowledge
• AS9100 awareness and transition planning
• QMS processes, procedures, and records management
• Audits (internal, supplier, customer/government)
• Root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Document and record control discipline
• Experience with first article inspection (AS9102)
• Nonconforming material and MRB disposition
• ESD and counterfeit parts prevention programs
• 6S and FOD audits on production floors

Responsibilities

• Own the BA quality management system and top-level processes, keeping procedures current and actually used.
• Lead AS9100D planning including quality objectives and risk/opportunity management.
• Own the internal audit program end-to-end, schedule audits, and close findings.
• Manage supplier/audit program with risk-based scheduling and corrective actions.
• Support first article inspection and MRB disposition alongside Product Quality Engineering.
• Maintain registrar relationship, surveillance, recertification, and customer audit responses.
• Define and report BA quality KPIs monthly to leadership, drive improvement actions.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions from audits and field feedback.
• Develop and deliver QMS training and maintain records with managers.
• Partner with product quality and manufacturing during new product development to meet QMS requirements.
• Develop our internal QMS road map for tools and capabilities as the company scales.
