Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital - Weirton is seeking a Director of Quality Management to ensure the highest standards in patient care and safety. You will coordinate survey activities, manage quality improvement reports, and lead employee training programs.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with credentials in healthcare.
• Experience in quality management or related area.
• Familiarity with accrediting standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all survey activities for accreditation.
• Organize interdisciplinary QAPI Team meetings.
• Complete and analyze quality-related data monthly.
• Lead performance improvement activities.
• Focus on employee training and education.
