Bosch Rexroth in Fountain Inn, SC is seeking a motivated student to join as a co-op in engineering, collaborating with Design and Process teams to safeguard product quality throughout development and manufacturing.

You will apply data analytics, PFMEA, and control plans while gaining hands-on experience with Lean TPM methodologies, working on-site January to May, with exposure to real-world quality improvements.

Competenze

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proficient in Excel and Power BI for data analysis.
• Knowledge of Lean or TPM is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management.
• On-site work in Fountain Inn, SC.
• Co-op duration January–May.

Mansioni

• Work closely with Design Engineering during development of product design to safeguard quality of products
• Work with Process Engineering utilizing PFMEA, Control Plans, Gaging and other tools to produce products that meet quality standards
• Implement and support multi-layered system to confirm Quality during all aspects of manufacturing
• Lead investigations into customer complaints to identify source of complaint and develop corrective actions
• Use data analytics tools to identify trends and potential areas of improvement
