Job summary

Bosch Rexroth in Charlotte, NC is seeking a co-op student to rotate through Manufacturing Operations and Engineering Functions. The program includes three full-time on-site rotations (40 hours/week) to gain hands-on engineering experience.

You will support and lead technical projects, document processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while applying classroom knowledge to real-world manufacturing challenges.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree program in engineering.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented with a structured approach to tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead technical projects across multiple operational areas.
• Provide day-to-day project support to MOE team members.
• Identify improvement potentials and implement optimization ideas.
• Lead and manage assigned projects in cross-functional teams.
• Generate, update, and maintain technical documentation.
• Collect, organize, and analyze technical information to support continuous improvement.
