Job summary

WireCo WorldGroup is seeking a Quality Specialist to ensure accurate product certifications and quality documentation across U.S. facilities.

You will own certification records, coordinate issue resolution with Quality, Operations, Commercial, and IT, and maintain test data and ERP records for assigned sites. We value attention to detail, accountability, and the ability to work independently within established procedures while promoting quality and safety across manufacturing and distribution

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 5 years in administrative roles.
• Experience with quality data entry and record keeping.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail and data integrity.
• Ability to work independently within established procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, drawings, specs.

Responsibilities

• Own generation and maintenance of product certifications for all U.S. facilities.
• Coordinate with Quality, Operations, Commercial, and IT to investigate issues and track corrective actions.
• Enter finished goods acceptance test data and maintain work orders and acceptance test reports for the assigned home location.
• Ensure inventory reclassification requests are processed in the ERP system.
• Own document control administration for all U.S. manufacturing and distribution sites.
