Job summary

WireCo WorldGroup is seeking a Quality Specialist to manage product certifications and quality documentation across U.S. facilities. The role ensures accurate data entry, document control, and timely resolution of documentation issues within the ERP system.

You will collaborate with Quality, Operations, Commercial, and IT, maintain acceptance test data, and support calibration records. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years in administrative roles.
• Ability to use quality measurement, testing, and inspection equipment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to enter, maintain, analyze, and report quality data.
• Strong written and verbal communication with production staff, technical personnel, and leadership.
• Strong organizational skills and prioritization of multiple tasks.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, drawings, specs, procedures, and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain product certifications for all U.S. facilities.
• Coordinate with Quality, Operations, Commercial, and IT to investigate documentation issues and track corrective actions.
• Enter finished goods acceptance test data and maintain test reports and work orders.
• Process inventory reclassification requests in the ERP system with approvals.
• Administer document control for U.S. sites ensuring documents are current and accessible.
