Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services is hiring caregivers to provide compassionate in-home care to seniors and families. You will perform companion care and personal care tasks, help maintain safety, comfort, and independence in clients' homes, and bring a warm, caring presence to every visit.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience working with seniors in home care
• English proficiency and excellent communication skills
• Ability to pass a background check and provide 2 professional references
• Willingness to travel and reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Provide light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Assist with transportation and errands
• Offer companionship and conversation
• Support safe, comfortable home environment
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed

COMPANION CARE

• Light housekeeping
• Meal preparation
• Transportation & errands
• Companionship and conversation
• Helping maintain a safe, comfortable home

PERSONAL CARE

• Bathing & dressing
• Incontinence care
• Transfers & mobility assistance
• Assistance with activities of daily living
• Compassionate, hands-on support

FLEXIBLE OPPORTUNITIES

We have a variety of scheduling needs, including:

• Morning shifts
• Evening shifts
• Overnight shifts
• Weekend shifts
• 4-hour minimum shift, all the way up to 24-hour shifts
• Live-in opportunities when available

REQUIREMENTS

• English proficiency & excellent communication skills
• 2 professional references
• Ability to pass a background check
• Willingness to travel
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license

CNA, HHA, and BLS/CPR training are a PLUS - but NOT required!
